This is a unique part-time opportunity to join the Providence Swedish Cancer Institute (PSCI) Colorectal Oncology team at our First Hill and Edmonds campus. This role is ideal for an Advanced Practice Clinician seeking meaningful, specialized cancer care in a highly collaborative academic-style environment, while maintaining part-time flexibility.
Providence Swedish Cancer Institute is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Clinician (PA/ARNP) to support our growing Colorectal Oncology program. This position plays an integral role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to a complex oncology population, working in close partnership with internationally recognized colorectal surgeons and a multidisciplinary cancer care team.
About the Role:
In this role, the APC will support both inpatient and outpatient aspects of colorectal surgical oncology care. Responsibilities may include inpatient rounding, perioperative management, post-operative care, clinic follow-ups, care coordination, and patient education. The position offers strong physician collaboration, mentorship, and the opportunity to develop deep expertise in colorectal cancer care within one of the region's leading cancer programs.
This part-time position is based at Providence Swedish's First Hill campus in Seattle and is structured to support work-life balance while remaining clinically impactful.

Who We're Looking For:
- Board-certified or board-eligible Physician Assistant‑Certified (PA‑C) or ARNP
- Prior surgical, oncology, or inpatient experience preferred; new graduates with strong interest in colorectal oncology will be considered
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and comfort managing complex patients
- Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality oncology care in a team-based setting
Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation is between $140,079 and $192,337 per year
