OU Health and the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in Oklahoma City is seeking a dually employed, full-time clinician with fellowship training in Minimally Invasive Gynecological Surgery to join the Section of General Obstetrics & Gynecology at the Assistant or Associate Professor level. The position involves a flexible combination of clinical care at OU Health, education, and clinical research in an academic setting. Applicants should be eligible for medical licensure in Oklahoma and board certified or board eligible.
The section is a major component of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology which currently has representation of all board-certified subspecialties including fellowship programs in Gynecologic Oncology, Female Pelvic Medicine & Reconstructive Surgery, Maternal Fetal Medicine, and Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility. The Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology is part of the OU Health Campus, which houses 7 health colleges. The department has a strong residency program of 24 residents that actively participate in division activities during their training. Based on NIH funding, our department is ranked 21st among OB/GYN departments at academic centers nationwide and continues to expand in research initiatives. The department currently has 41 faculty and representation of all board-certified subspecialties including fellowship programs in Gynecologic Oncology, Maternal Fetal Medicine, and Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility. In addition, we are growing our newer Divisions of Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery and Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology.

Candidates should have excellent clinical and communication skills, enjoy clinical care, and have an interest in large-scale multicenter clinical trials. Salary commensurate with years of experience.
