• Practice Type: Privately owned, small animal, expanded general practice
• Compensation: $135K guaranteed base salary (+ sign-on bonus) transitioning to production model where experienced doctors here average $300K+

• Schedule: 4 clinical days + 1 surgery day (Mon-Fri), 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, just 1 on-call weekend per month

About Eagles Nest Animal Hospital  
Our Mission is to provide the best quality medicine and customer service at a reasonable price. We are a privately-owned, woman-founded, expanded small animal general practice with four dedicated doctors in our brand-new 8,500 sq ft facility. Located in King George, VA (about 1 hour south of DC - no traffic commute).  

• Diverse Caseload: Small animal expanded general practice (mostly cats and dogs with some small mammals) offering comprehensive medical services including internal medicine, theriogenology, dentistry, surgery (and some ortho), and some oncology.
