Radiology & Imaging Consultants (RIC) is a 100% radiologist-owned private practice based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Founded in 1983, RIC consists of 34 fellowship-trained radiologists and 7 APPs, providing comprehensive diagnostic radiology and image-guided therapies.

We are seeking a fellowship-trained Breast Imager to join our growing Breast Center of Excellence:
- Top of the line mammography with tomosynthesis at all of our centers
- Dedicated Breast US techs to aid with diagnostic ultrasound and procedures
- Stereo/tomo biopsies with both Brevera and Eviva biopsy devices
- Breast MRI & MR guided biopsies
- Close working relationships with our Breast Surgeons, and Breast Oncology team
- Weekly tumor board/multidisciplinary clinic
We offer both partnership track and employee only positions. The partnership track is full time and includes some general radiology. However, we also offer flexible employed positions including part-time, full-time, all breast or mixed breast/general.
Partnership Track
- 2-year partnership track for new graduates
- Shortened partnership consideration for experienced radiologists
- Primarily on-site, with multiple remote shifts
- Mix of subspecialty and general radiology
- Day shifts with additional swing shifts
- ~10 weekends per year, with a post-call day off
- 10 weeks of vacation including weekend before and after, additional single days off
- Opportunities for internal moonlighting
- 24/7 administrative support
Compensation & Benefits
- $500,000 – Year 1
- $525,000 – Year 2
- Nominal partnership buy in
- Sign-on bonus up to $100,000 (based on experience), or fellowship stipend

Requirements
Qualifications
- M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical school
- ABR Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Active Colorado medical license
