Full-time Endocrinologist – Diabetes & Endocrinology

Hartford HealthCare (HHC), Connecticut’s most comprehensive, integrated health care system, is seeking a full-time Endocrinologist to join our established Diabetes and Endocrinology practice in Norwich, CT. This position blends the culture of a close-knit, ambulatory private practice with the clinical depth, resources, and stability of a rapidly growing health system.

Position Highlights

•          Provide comprehensive care to a large and diverse patient population with general endocrinology and diabetes needs.
•          Team-based, patient-centered approach emphasizing diabetes wellness, prevention, and long-term management.
•          Collaborate within advanced multi-specialty teams, including radiology, nuclear medicine, molecular diagnostics, surgery, and oncology.
•          Advanced practice provider (APP) support to enhance workflow and work-life balance.
•          On-site ultrasound and thyroid biopsy capabilities.

Qualifications

•          Fellowship-trained Endocrinologist.
•          Board-eligible or board-certified.
•          Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Connecticut.
