Hematology/Oncology Opportunity in Santa Barbara County, CA | Established 20-Year Cancer Program

A premier cancer center with over 20 years of service in Santa Barbara County is recruiting a board-eligible or board-certified Hematologist/Oncologist. This turnkey practice offers an existing patient base, clinical trial access, and extensive support so that you can focus on high-quality patient care on the Pacific Coast.

The Practice:

• Established group with 20+ years in the community and a comprehensive cancer center, including clinical trial access
• About 20 patients per day, with a balanced mix of hematology and oncology
• Hospitalists manage inpatient admissions, keeping you primarily outpatient
• Modern facilities with strong clinical and administrative support

The Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, outpatient-focused, with a flexible structure to fit your workflow preferences
• Shared 1:5 call, with hospitalists handling inpatient responsibilities

Who You Are:

• MD or DO, board-certified or board-eligible in Hematology and Oncology
• Holding or eligible for a California medical license
