Join an established team of experienced Hematology/Oncology physicians in a dedicated Cancer Center located in the Upper Midwest of the US.

Comprehensive, fully integrated oncology services, including:

• On-site infusion center
• Radiation oncology services
• Advanced imaging (including PET/CT)
• Modern clinic environment with 24 exam rooms
• Dedicated RN assigned to each physician
• On-site dieticians and multidisciplinary support services
• Manageable patient volume: of 12-14 patients per day
• Call structure: Advanced Practice Providers handle first call during the week
• Technology: Industry-leading EMR system and advanced voice dictation tools
• Full-time schedule: 35 patient-facing hours per week

Compensation & Benefits:

• $625,000 guaranteed base salary or productivity-based compensation (whichever is greater)
• Productivity incentives with above-threshold bonus potential
