At Partner Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Center (PVESC), we build veterinary medicine around great people. Founded and led by women, Partner Vet was created to transform the profession we love, supporting happy, healthy teams who can make a real difference for pets and their families.
Our Frederick, MD and Richmond, VA hospitals opened in 2023—purpose-built from the ground up with a culture and environment unlike anything else in the industry. After years of listening to those on the front lines of emergency and specialty care, we've designed a team-centered model that provides true support, empowerment, and growth.
Partner Internship at a Glance
- 2 internship positions per hospital, per year
- 12-month rotating internship
- Structured block scheduling across ER, Specialty, and Critical Care
- Dedicated PTO and CE time, plus a CE allowance

- Scheduled didactics, including rounds, journal club, M&M, and specialty reviews
