Hackensack Radiology Group (HRG) and Vista Vascular & Interventional Specialists are seeking a fellowship-trained Interventional Radiologist to join a progressive IR section in our IR/Diagnostic hybrid position.
The IR case mix includes a robust Interventional Oncology practice including liver directed therapies (Resin Y90, Glass Y90, cTACE, DEB TACE, Ablation), bone and kidney embolization and ablation, US and CT guided biopsies and venous access. We have a busy GI/GU intervention practice, perform UFE, PAE, GAE, Varicocele and pelvic congestion embolization, kyphoplasty, and perform the full complement of fluoro, CT and US guided cases. We perform trauma embolization and TIPS/BRTO at our largest site. The IR section hosts a monthly Interventional Oncology conference and participates in several weekly multidisciplinary conferences. Our physician extenders help streamline our consults, follow ups, informed consents and minor procedures. IR call coverage is shared equally within the section. We are actively building our outpatient IR practice and intend open an OBL in the next 12 months to accommodate our IR growth.
The diagnostic shifts include daytime and off-hours coverage for 3 hospitals including a busy volume of ER and inpatient cases. Daytime diagnostic shifts are a mix of on-site and remote shifts. Off-hours shifts are remote. Ability to read MRI or Nuclear Medicine would be welcome but not necessary.

HRG supports 25-30 hospital-based Multidisciplinary conferences per month
Full time position, including weekend at-home call. Partnership-track position available.

Requirements
Fellowship-training in Vascular and Interventional Radiology
Proficiency in on-call diagnostic coverage
ABR certified or eligible
NJ medical license
