Position Summaries:
Medical Director of Cancer Infusion Suites
Provide strategic clinical leadership across ChristianaCare’s cancer infusion suites. Responsibilities include standardizing care delivery, achieving clinical outcomes, collaborating with service line leadership, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
Program Director, Hematology and Oncology Fellowship
Lead and oversee a fully ACGME-accredited three-year fellowship program. Responsibilities include maintaining compliance with ACGME standards, curriculum development, faculty coordination, and mentoring fellows. Enjoy access to robust research opportunities through ChristianaCare’s Center for Translational Cancer Research and NCORP clinical trials.

- QOPI-certified with over 100 active clinical trials, including NRG and pharmaceutical studies

- Multidisciplinary Disease Site Centers bringing together surgical, radiation, and medical oncology
- Delaware’s only Bone Marrow Transplant and CAR T Cell program

Qualifications:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Medical Oncology
- Eligible for medical licensure in Delaware
- Leadership experience in academic or clinical settings preferred
- Demonstrated commitment to clinical excellence, mentorship, and program growth
