Description
Hematology/Oncology Locums - Des Moines, Iowa
Practice Setting
- Strong support staff with dedicated 1:1 Nursing
- On-site Medical Imaging, Lab, and Pharmacy support
Schedule
- Only 4-5 clinic days per week
- On Call required; specific schedule to be determined ASAP
Procedures and Cases
- Perform patient assessments, new treatment plans, and changes in therapy
- Deliver end of life care and chemotherapy management
- Strong established relationships for radiation and surgical oncology management
Requirements
- Board Certification or True Board Eligibility in Hematology and Oncology is mandatory
- Active Iowa License or open to IMLC Physicians
- Mandatory Fellowship Training in Hematology and Oncology
- Must be experienced and willing to work across two Des Moines facilities
