Description
Swedish Medical Group is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Clinician (nurse practitioner or physician assistant) to join the Otolaryngology (ENT) team in Issaquah, Washington. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, well-established specialty practice within a patient-centered, multidisciplinary environment.
The APC will provide comprehensive outpatient ENT care and work closely with a team of otolaryngologists and clinical support staff. The role is primarily clinic-based, with the opportunity for occasional procedural or surgical assistance depending on experience and clinic needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and management of patients with otolaryngologic conditions in an outpatient setting
- Perform office-based procedures consistent with training and scope of practice
- Collaborate closely with otolaryngology physicians and multidisciplinary care teams to ensure high-quality, coordinated patient care
- Participate in patient education, follow-up care, and care coordination
- Document clinical encounters accurately and timely within the electronic medical record
- Support quality, safety, and patient experience initiatives within the practice
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Active Washington State NP or PA license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
- Federal DEA registration (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
- Otolaryngology experience preferred; new graduates with a strong interest in ENT are encouraged to apply
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation is between $137,683 and $177,886 per year
- Competitive compensation aligned with APC compensation tiers and experience
- Eligibility for quality and/or productivity incentives

- Malpractice coverage provided
The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
