Description

Located in Monterey, CA, a thriving 250-bed hospital is seeking to hire a BE/BC OBGYN to join their team. Collaborate with a group of 3 other OBGYN's, 1 Gynecologic Surgeon, APPs, and an full OB hospitalist group. The group is a part of larger 100 physician multi-specialty group who practice in beautiful facilities right on the coast of California.

The Position:

• 1.5-2 days in surgery and 2-2.5 days in clinic per week.
• Minimal call coverage with OB hospitalist back up - Each physician caps their deliveries at 15 per month.
• Full Da Vinci robotic surgery program.
• $489,000 base salary + additional earnings through productivity bonuses.
• $150,000 for student loan and housing support available to better navigate the higher cost of living on the coast.
• Benefits Covered: Health, Life, Vacation, CME, Long-Term Disability, and 401k (4% Match).
• Support from Maternal Fetal Medicine, Gyn-Oncology and Uro-Gynecology.
