Women in Focus Physiotherapy is looking for a new Part time or Full time team member to join our industry leading female led team of women's health, musculoskeletal, pilates and oncology physiotherapists.

We are a clinic that focuses on the link between the pelvic floor and musculoskeletal system utilising techniques around the pelvis, lumbar spine thorax and pelvic floor to optimise treatment effectiveness.The role will required and support skills in treating conditions such as incontinence, prolapse, sexual dysfunction, chronic pelvic pain, pelvic girdle pain, thorax and rib dysfunction, as well as pessary fitting based on prior clinical experience.
The position provides a fantastic opportunity to work in collaboration with a team of Post graduate level qualified Womens Health Physiotherapists, that stay at the forefront of womens health research. There will be regular scheduled staff in-services, ongoing 1;1 support and mentoring and the opportunity for career progression in the long term

The candidate will have experience or a demonstrated interest in women's and pelvic health, women's related Musculoskeletal injuries as well as Clinical Pilates.
About us
We are a highly skilled team of women's health physiotherapists with over 20 years of experience, postgraduate qualifications and APA Titled members who are at the forefront of women’s and pelvic health, musculoskeletal care, oncology and pilates, and we love what we do.
We specialise in the management of pre and postnatal women, pelvic floor conditions, incontinence, prolapse and pessary fitting, sexual dysfunction, anorectal disorders, chronic pelvic pain, musculoskeletal conditions of the spine, pelvis, neck and thorax as well as oncology and lymphoedema care.
We provide over 50 pilates and strength and conditioning classes each week including clinical pilates, cancer rehab, pre and postnatal, chronic pain, over 60's and safe lifting and strength.
We are an evidence based and outcome focused clinic with an emphasis on professional development.
We have a team of physio's across our Bondi and Miranda practices who work cohesively to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.
We have a staff mentorship program, in-house training and professional development activities, team observation and case -study discussions to ensure a continued excellent level of expertise across our entire clinic.
Our Bondi practice has 6 clinic rooms, 2 exercise gyms with reformers, trap table and wonder chair as well as a mat class space, squat racks and weights
Job requirements:
Minimum of 3 years experience required ( more experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply.)
25 - 38 hours per week. Position to commence May/ June 2026. Above industry level of remuneration to suit experience.

Requirements
Candidates will:
Have a minimum if 3 years experience.
Be registered with AHPRA with no registered complaints
Have experience in womens health and or musculoskeletal conditions specific to women.
A genuine desire to improve the health outcomes of women and willingness to work in collaboration with a team
