- Physician: Gyn Oncology
Description
St. Luke’s Health System is seeking a Gynecologic Oncologist to join the largest gynecologic oncology practice in Idaho. This is a net-new position created in response to growing patient demand and increasing case volume. You’ll be joining a collaborative team of three experienced gynecologic oncologists in a well-established program known for comprehensive, patient-centered cancer care.
The practice offers a balanced and sustainable schedule designed to support both clinical excellence and work-life balance. Physicians work a four-day week (4/10s) with a mix of clinic and OR time. Call is shared 1:4 and limited to gynecologic oncology.
You’ll step into a well-supported clinical environment with strong infrastructure. Each physician works alongside dedicated RN as well as 4 APPs supporting both in clinic and the OR.
This program stands out for its comprehensive oncology resources. Physicians have access to robotic surgery, in-house chemotherapy and infusion services, and a full care team that includes social work, financial counseling, and patient support services—allowing you to manage the full continuum of care in one setting.
What you can expect from this role:
In an era when many physicians are rethinking where and how they want to practice, St. Luke’s Clinic has taken a deliberate approach: building a place where you can do your best work, feel supported, and grow your career. More than sixty specialties converge here, including Idaho’s only Children’s Hospital and Hospital at Home program. Physicians benefit from modern operating suites, advanced technology, and integrated support through technology – enabling them to spend more time on meaningful patient care and less on administrative burdens.
But inside St. Luke’s, the standout feature isn’t equipment or facilities—it’s the culture. Nationally recognized by the American Medical Association's Joy in Medicine program for reducing burnout and boosting clinician well-being, St. Luke’s leads in team collaboration, professional growth, and shared decision-making.
