Doctor of Medicine | Oncology - General/Other Location: Brattleboro, VT Employer: SalviaCore Solutions Pay: $250,000 to $350,000 per year Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Responsibilities Diagnose and stage various cancers using clinical assessments, imaging, and advanced laboratory testing. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including the administration of chemotherapy, immunotherapy, radiation, and targeted therapies. Monitor patient progress and manage treatment-related side effects to ensure the highest possible quality of life. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of nurse practitioners, oncology navigators, and certified oncology nurses to coordinate comprehensive care. Provide thorough education and emotional support to patients and their families throughout the cancer journey. Participate in clinical trials, research initiatives, and departmental quality improvement projects. Mentor healthcare staff and stay current on the latest clinical guidelines and evidence-based practices in oncology. Qualifications & Credentialing Board Certification or Eligibility: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oncology is required. Licensure: An active Vermont medical license must be obtained prior to the start date. Education: Completion of an accredited urology residency program in the United States or Canada is required (please note this in submission details). Background: A clean malpractice history is required. Documentation: A most recent NPDB Self Query Report (completed within the last 30 days) is required at the time of presentation with no exceptions.
