Job Description
1. Lead the end-to-end coordination and flawless execution of intercontinental and international meetings. This includes proactive agenda planning, detailed logistical arrangements, preparation and distribution of relevant documentation, effective communication with all participants, real-time issue resolution, and consolidating key action items and feedback after meetings.
2. Provide strong support in the drafting, development, and refinement of corporate strategic documents, such as business reports, presentations, and executive proposals. Collaborate closely with senior management and relevant stakeholders to gather critical insights, ensure accuracy and clarity, and align materials with the company's strategic priorities.
3. Oversee and drive cross-functional project management at the affiliate level, fostering active collaboration between different departments to achieve shared objectives. Take ownership of resource allocation, establish and monitor project timelines, track milestones, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure successful delivery of key initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience, preferably with a background in consulting firms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, including fluent spoken English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with demonstrated capability in project management in cross-functional and cross-cultural environments.
- High stress tolerance and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
- Effective teamwork and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives across different business functions and cultural backgrounds.
