Are you passionate about building workplaces where people feel heard, valued, and inspired? Join Inspira Health as our next Program Manager of Culture & Engagement. In this role, you will lead enterprise-wide initiatives that strengthen our commitment to exceptional employee experience, with responsibilities for and oversight of system work across locations. This is a hybrid role – 3 days in office - seated in Glassboro, NJ.
In this role, you will:
- Drive systemwide culture and engagement strategies
- Lead annual engagement, safety, and recognition surveys
- Translate data into actionable insights that improve workplace culture
- Partner closely with HR, Patient Experience, and leadership teams
- Help embed Inspira’s core values into programs across the organization
We’re looking for someone with:
- 5+ years’ experience in engagement, culture, or organizational development
- Strong project management and analytics skills (Power BI experience preferred)
- Expertise in employee engagement platforms and life cycle listening strategies
- A collaborative mindset and ability to influence across departments
- SHRM or HRCI CP or SCP certification
