I have been operating a small clinic alongside a partner in Southwest Portland for the past several years. This arrangement has been ideal, allowing us to keep overhead costs low and easily manage expenses through a straightforward cost-sharing model. Each of us has maintained separate practices while sharing the support of one dedicated front desk employee. This setup has been my favorite throughout my 15 years of clinical experience.
As my colleague is relocating out of state, I am seeking a new practitioner to join the clinic. You will have the freedom to maintain your own branding, enjoy autonomy, and retain flexibility in your practice. Most importantly, you will keep all the profits you generate. Location
The clinic is conveniently located just off I-5, south of downtown, near Multnomah Village. It is situated in a single-level office complex (strip-mall style) with ample parking. I appreciate the atmosphere inside the building, and my patients find it easy to access.

Office Features
This workspace offers 1,600 square feet, including two primary offices, an IV suite, a multipurpose room (which serves as a break room), and a front desk and waiting area. The space is ideally suited for two practitioners, supported by one office manager.
Costs
Rent covers all utilities (no NNN charges), and your share will be approximately $1,500 per month. The cost of the employee is split evenly; the front desk staff works five days a week, with some remote work. The monthly cost for staff support for your practice would be around $1,900.
Logistics
You will have access to the clinic up to six days a week. If you prefer, you could share the space with another practitioner, each taking three days per week, thereby reducing the overhead cost. However, I am not interested in splitting the space into single-day increments, as I prefer to keep arrangements straightforward.
Practice Modalities
This clinic is well-suited for someone focused on office visits with an additional modality to support their practice. The larger office, which would be yours, is spacious enough for a treatment table suitable for an LAc or bodywork. If your practice includes IV therapy or lounge chair acupuncture, the current setup will be ideal. There is also a hyperbaric chamber in the multipurpose room, offering an additional income opportunity if you wish to provide hyperbaric oxygen therapy to your patients. If you have a different modality in mind, I am open to discussing how we can adapt the space to meet your needs.
About Me
I specialize in oncology and have maintained a stable and successful practice for 15 years. I plan to remain in this location for at least five more years, until my 14-year-old goes to college. I strive to create a clinic atmosphere that feels more like a spa or healing space than a traditional medical office—it is tasteful, clean, influenced by Eastern aesthetics, and welcoming. I value clear communication and collegial relationships, while also respecting independence in day-to-day practice. My approach is laid-back and flexible, balanced by professionalism and kindness, so that we can all thrive as purposeful healers together.
