Position Overview
As a full-time Urologist with AUUA, you will:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations, diagnose the full spectrum of urologic conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans.
Perform office-based procedures and OR cases, including advanced minimally invasive and robotic surgery.
Oversee post-operative and longitudinal follow-up care to ensure excellent outcomes and continuity.
Participate in a 7-day call rotation shared equitably among partners, with telephone-only coverage limited to group patients.
Work in a collaborative environment with robust support from experienced APPs, nurses, and administrative staff.
Clinical Focus & Technology

Advanced management of prostate, kidney, and bladder cancer
Robotic-assisted surgery, Aquablation, and laser lithotripsy
Comprehensive care for BPH, kidney stones, incontinence, sexual dysfunction, and general urology

Requirements
Qualifications
MD/DO from an accredited institution
Board certified or board eligible in Urology
New graduates and experienced urologists encouraged to apply; AMG and IMG candidates welcome
Advanced surgical and diagnostic skills preferred, including experience or strong interest in robotic surgery
