BluePearl Pet Hospital in Charlestown, Massachusetts is seeking a full-time Veterinary Oncologist to join our growing emergency and specialty team.

This is an opportunity to practice high-level oncology in a well-supported, multi-disciplinary environment while building strong relationships within a dense and highly engaged referral community across the Greater Boston area.

About the Hospital

Our Charlestown hospital is a nearly 10,000 sq. ft. specialty and emergency facility designed to support advanced care:

• 64-slice CT, high-end ultrasound, and digital radiography
• Dedicated ICU, inpatient, and procedure spaces
• Minimally invasive and orthopedic surgical capabilities
• Advanced endoscopy and laparoscopy equipment

You will work alongside a team that includes a criticalist, surgeons, anesthesiologist, internist, and experienced emergency clinicians, all committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: $184,000 to $263,000 + production bonus
• Sign-on bonus up to $100,000
