Carilion Clinic, the Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine, and the Department of Medicine, Section of Dermatology & Mohs Surgery are seeking a Dermatologist / Mohs Surgeon to join an established, collaborative academic dermatology team in Roanoke, Virginia.

As part of Carilion Clinic and Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine, you will have the platform to grow as a clinician, educator, mentor, researcher, and academic leader. The position is designed for a physician who values surgical excellence while also wanting to maintain breadth through general dermatology.

You will join a team of 14 physicians and advanced practice providers in a multisite academic practice that provides comprehensive dermatologic, cosmetic, micrographic surgery, and dermatologic oncology care to a catchment area of more than 1 million people.

The Carilion Clinic – Virginia Tech Carilion Dermatology Residency welcomes two residents each year, has maintained a 100% board pass rate since its inception, and features a robust dermatopathology curriculum. The posted salary range may not reflect the full value of the total compensation package. You are eligible to participate in the Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus compensation programs to improve the minimum salary.

Historical averages of Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus earnings are included in the maximum salary. In addition, comprehensive benefits and pension offerings further enhance the overall rewards package.
