Radiology and Imaging, Inc. is a 40+ radiologist, sub-specialized private practice providing services to Baystate Medical Center, its three community hospitals, and several outpatient facilities. We are a collegial group and encourage a cooperative teamwork approach to each day's work.

WE WELCOME THOSE WHO PREFER TO WORK PART TIME, AND ARE UNUSUAL IN OFFERING PARTNERSHIP TRACK FOR LESS THAN 1.0 FTEs FROM DAY ONE.

Part-time is entirely normalized in our practice, with a 1/3 of current partners working less than 1.0FTE. We are leaders in encouraging part-time schedules while maintaining the benefits of partnership. There is also substantial flexibility in increasing or decreasing your call frequency.
