• Elite Team Structure: Join an established, highly collaborative group of 4 Interventional Radiologists and 1 Vascular Surgeon. We operate on a shared productivity model with vascular surgery, fostering a culture of true partnership rather than competition.
• Clinical Diversity Overview: Engage in a high-end, complex case mix across multiple specialized service lines.
• Thrombosis & CLI: Lead the comprehensive hospital thrombosis service line (PE, DVT, PV) and run a robust Critical Limb Ischemia (CLI) service closely aligned with podiatry and vascular surgery.
• Advanced Interventional Oncology: Utilize state-of-the-art tech including Histotripsy (we are the only site in Indianapolis offering this), IRE, MWA, Cryoablation, SIR-Spheres, and TheraSphere.
• World-Renowned Partnerships: Serve as the core IR provider for the Vascular Malformation Clinic and the Center of Excellence for HHT, both in partnership with the globally recognized Center for Innovative Hematology.
• Complex Portal Venous & Biliary: Perform forward-thinking interventions supported by an excellent GI division. Procedures include SpyGlass, biliary ablations, ICE for PV recanalizations (in both acute and chronic disease), and routine TIPS.
• Comprehensive Scope: Perform everything else a forward-thinking Interventional Radiologist can envision.

Thanks to our open-door policy, you will experience a constant, collegiate stream of specialists (Surgery, Urology, Oncology, GI, Pulmonary, Cardiology, Cardiothoracic) stopping by to review cases and strategize interventions.
• Brand-New Outpatient Practice: Expand your practice footprint in our newly opened Office-Based Lab (OBL), providing a streamlined, highly convenient, and patient-centric outpatient experience.

A Week in the Life

Enjoy a balanced, predictable schedule designed for clinical excellence and patient continuity:

• 3+ Days (Vascular Lab): Our busy vascular lab is composed of 5 modern suites (3 Siemens rooms and 2 GE rooms). NeuroIR is separate and has their own 2 dedicated suites.
• 1 to 2 Days (Dual Suite): Dedicated IR CT & US dual suite, supervising APPs and performing complex non-vascular cases, ablations, histotripsy, etc.
• 1 Day (OBL): Experience the joys of an outpatient practice in the OBL setting. A dedicated OBL team of 4 nurses and 3 techs, 1 angiosuite, and 7 pre/post private recovery rooms makes this a great place to grow your outpatient practice.
• Half-Day (Clinic): Dedicated outpatient clinic to manage your longitudinal patient base, with APPs seeing appropriate follow-ups independently to allow more new patient scheduling.
• Favorable Call: Currently 1:5 primary IR call, and a highly manageable 1:20 backup call for non-vascular cases (supporting our vascular surgery partner). Any call requirement more than 1:6 primary is paid at moonlighting rates.
• In-House APP Call: There is an in-house APP to help manage issues on-call for nights and during the weekends.
