LC/MS Associate & Proteomics Data Analysis
Greater Denver, CO
Unique opportunity to join a clinical lab validating novel HPLC / mass spectrometry methods for oncology.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in validation of sample preparation, chromatographic, and mass spec methods for use in clinical diagnostics
• Operate and troubleshoot high-res LC/MS instrumentation for the analysis of peptide/protein biomarkers
• Process Proteomics data and summarize findings under CLIA regulations

Candidate Qualifications

• Minimum of a BSc degree in a Scientific field
• 3+ years working in an analytical lab, ideally using LC/MS
• Hands-on experience with chromatographic and/or mass spec data analysis
• Skyline software experience is a PLUS!
• Excellent communication skills are a must

Salary:

• $75-85K annual salary
