Schedule

• Ongoing coverage need starting January 2027
• 7 on, 7 off rotation, 12-hour day shifts
• Includes weekend coverage during scheduled blocks
• Credentialing timeframe is approximately 90 days

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• Board Certified in Medical Oncology
• Idaho license required, will wait for license with active IMLC LOQ only
