Inspira Health, the region’s leading network of healthcare providers, is seeking a full-time Director of Radiation Oncology Practice Operations to join the Cancer Center Leadership Team. Reporting directly to the Assistant Vice President of the Oncology Service Line, in this role you will be responsible for leading all clinical operations for multiple Radiation Oncology locations including, but not limited to, The Leading Edge Cancer Center in Mullica Hill and the Frank and Edith Scarpa Cancer Pavilion in Vineland. The annual pay range for this position is $134,956 - $168,695.
Responsibilities:
- Direct all Radiation Oncology operations in accordance with the mission, vision, and values of Inspira Health and maintain accountability and oversight for the effective and efficient operation of operational, strategic, financial, and human resources areas
- Serve as the strategic, programmatic, and operational leader for Radiation Oncology, partnering with other clinical leaders to improve processes, quality, safety, patient experience, productivity, and efficiency of practice
- Foster an environment of professional growth, involvement, excellence, and inclusiveness, and promote an atmosphere of teamwork and collaboration
- Represent the department to Divisional Hospital Administration, departmental employees, and to the community when necessary
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an AMA-approved School of Radiation Therapy Technology
- Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in the management of a Radiation Oncology department required; prior administrative position in a large academic or complex health program that included Radiation Oncology services preferred
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently with a wide range of professionals and community representatives
