Opportunity InformationAt a glance: Full-scope OB/GYN generalist role with deliveries at California Pacific Medical Center (CPMC), a strong midwifery program, and dedicated OB/GYN hospitalist support-within an established, collaborative physician group.
Sutter West Bay Medical Group is recruiting a full-time board-certified/board-eligible OB/GYN generalist to join an established, collaborative team caring for patients across the greater San Francisco area. New graduates are welcome.
You will provide a full scope of outpatient obstetrics and gynecology, including minimally invasive surgery, and deliver at California Pacific Medical Center (CPMC). Our model is built for high-quality, team-based care: you'll work alongside experienced physician colleagues, partner with an outstanding midwifery program, and collaborate closely with OB/GYN hospitalists and surgical subspecialists-so you can focus on patients while maintaining a sustainable, rewarding practice.

Responsibilities
- Provide full-scope outpatient OB/GYN care, including prenatal care, gynecologic care, and office procedures
- Perform gynecologic surgery, including minimally invasive approaches as appropriate
- Participate in obstetric call and inpatient coverage in collaboration with OB/GYN hospitalists and the midwifery team
- Collaborate with maternal-fetal medicine, gynecologic oncology, urogynecology, and other surgical subspecialists when indicated
Qualifications
- Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology (ABOG)
- Eligible for California medical licensure
- Patient-centered, team-oriented approach; comfortable practicing in close collaboration with midwives and hospital-based colleagues
