Handles inquiries from Doctors' Offices and medical centers via face-to-face, virtual, phone, and e-mail.
Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
Establishes and maintains relationships with healthcare providers, physician practices, and other relevant stakeholders by acting as a trusted point of contact, fostering positive and productive relationships.
Ensures compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies when interacting with healthcare providers.
Collaborates with internal teams to resolve issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high provider satisfaction.
Monitors and evaluates the performance of relationships with healthcare providers by collecting feedback, analyzing metrics, and identifying areas for improvement or additional support.
Conducts market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities for collaboration or business growth.
Manages and tracks referrals from healthcare providers to the organization to optimize the referral process and ensure timely follow-up on referrals.
Provides training and support to ensure providers are knowledgeable about new developments, policies, or procedures.
Coordinates meetings, conferences, or events to promote dialogue and information sharing to facilitate communication and collaboration between the organization and healthcare providers.
Prepares regular reports summarizing relationship management activities, market trends, and business development efforts.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in relevant field.
- Must possess a valid and current driver's license.
- Must possess personal vehicle sufficiently reliable to meet program requirements.
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a complex disease state is optimal.
- Knowledge of Oncology, MS, Pulmonary Hypertension / IPF, and Autoimmune therapy lines.
- Familiar with medical documentation for insurance reimbursement.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$18.50 - $31.72
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
