Urologist – Milford, Massachusetts
Position Overview
Milford Regional Physician Group is seeking a full-time BC/BE Urologist to join our expanding Milford Urology team at Milford Regional Medical Center. This is an added position driven by strong regional demand and a well-established referral network.
The role offers a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient care within a collaborative, community-based setting, supported by advanced surgical technology and strong clinical infrastructure.
Practice Highlights
- Community-based practice with strong referral volume
- General urology focus with exposure to men’s health, stone disease, women’s urologic care, and limited oncology
- Collaborative team: 2 urologists and 2 PAs (no resident supervision)
- Robust surgical and clinical support infrastructure
- High surgical volume: 900+ OR procedures in 2025 at Milford Regional

- State-of-the-art ORs with three robotic systems
- Dedicated surgical PA support and 24/7 hospital coverage
Ideal Candidate
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Urology
- Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
- Comfortable with broad general urology scope
- Robotic opportunities exist
- Flexible and team-oriented approach to clinical and OR coverage
